    Jack Tankersley – Advisory Board Chairman


    Jack served as the founding advisor for Unreasonable Capital and helped set the strategy we implement today. He is a co-founder of Meritage Funds with more than 35 years of experience as a private equity investor, having raised and managed more than $1.0 billion during his career. Prior to Meritage, Jack co-founded Centennial Funds in 1981 and served as its CEO and/or CIO until 1997. His career began in 1974 at the Continental Illinois Bank. Jack is a past President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Denver Area Council Boy Scouts of America, currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cakebread Cellars, on the Tuck Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship’s Executive Advisory Board, the Board of Trustees of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Board of Trustees of Denison University. Further, he serves as an advisor to the Colorado Impact Fund and Cheyenne Capital. Jack received a BA with High Honors from Denison University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
